I have received a new Magic Button, I am running 11.2.5 on iPhone8Plus.
When I press button, I get either Blue or Red light, but app does not activate button.
What color is the button suppose to be when activating ?
Is there an issue with 11.2.5 ?
Is the device beaconing already ?
Did you download the Button Magic app for iOS? When you launch it, it should ask you for access to location services. Make sure to check “Always”. You can verify this in the settings app as well under Button Magic. Set locations services to always.
Then go in to the Button Magic app and add a new button, and then you should be able press the button and it will be activated. You can then configure it.
