I had Bootcamp partition with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Windows was running fine, w/o problems and I backed up Bootcamp partition with Winclone 6 Basic.
Recently I needed to restore the partition. Restore ran fine, Windows booted, I was able to login, Windows started to show desktop and then crashed to blue screen. So, in effect I wasn’t able to restore from the backup created with Winclone and had to reinstall Windows and applications again. I will make backup again, of course.
I am looking for any hints on making backup /restore to avoid Windows crash if I will have to run restore operation in future.
I am running Mac OS Sierra on Mac Mini 2011 .
