An external ssd (Windows 10) with new iMac 27 2020

Hello Twocanoes team,

At this moment, i’m using an iMac late 2012 (MacOS Mojave) and Windows 10 which is installed on a Samsung T5 ssd.
Now i think i’m going to buy the new iMac 27 2020.

My question : will the Samsung ssd work with the New iMac ?
Of course, i will have to install Bootcamp drivers for the new iMac.
Will i need to use Winclone ?

We have external drives that boot Windows externally on a range of Macs, so it may work fine.
