Hi, I’m a new user so please bare with me while I learn. I just bought winclone 9 and it sticks on “archiving” while making a backup of my bootcamp partition. I have no idea why this is happening. I don’t have time to do all the troubleshooting steps I’ve read through, so I think I need a refund. Who do I contact?
