Boot from USB with non EFI graphics card

Hi,

How do I boot from a USB stick on a mac Pro with a non EFI graphics card? The USB stick does not show in the Boot Runner boot screen.

Does it show up under Startup Disk preference pane?

I have the same problem. The USB does not show in the Boot runner and neither the bootcamp disk
