Boot Runner 3.0.2 won't run with FileVault turned on

I installed macOS 10.13.4 (MacOS Extended FS) and Windows 7 via Bootcamp and Boot Runner 3.0.2 worked perfectly. Then I activated FileVault and now it doesn’t run at all, it just boots straight to macOS. MacOS is set as the boot volume, auto login and SIP are disabled and I uninstalled and re-installed Boot Runner. Any suggestions? Does Boot Runner v2 run on High Sierra?

The problem is that the login window is automatically logging in and quitting boot runner. Run this command in Terminal to turn off automatic login with File Vault:

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow DisableFDEAutoLogin -bool YES
