Boot Runner License Install Error Authorization Denied

I recently purchased a second Mac for my home. After using Boot Runner 3 for years on my original Mac, I decided that it would be a good idea to use it on this new Mac (both Mac Mini Late 2012 Models, both running macOS Catalina) I purchased a second copy of Boot Runner 3 for this computer, but when I try to install the license I get the error that Authorization was denied. Any tips to help?

Update: rebooting after installing allowed me to install the license.
