Bootcamp Migration (winclone 7)

So Im following the instructions to migrate my bootcamp partition to a new mac. Here are my issues.

  1. I have the backup image on my new computer and winclone ready to restore
  2. When I use the disk utility in MacOS, I selected “use partition” when I got the warning box (instead of creating a APFS volume) but I still got a APFS partition and I cannot restore the winclone to a APFS partition… how do I make a bootable partition exfat/Fat32/ etc? I also cannot “erase” and make it anything but a APFS formatted partition…

Damn… Sorry. I figured it out… Had to repartition again and select Fat 32.
