Hello, I have a Mac Mini that is running Boot Runner 2.5.1 and was running El Capitan. I updated it to Mojave and now it won’t show the Mac partition in the Boot Runner Window.
I can only boot the Mac side into Safe mode.

Please try a trial of boot runner: https://twocanoes.com/products/mac/boot-runner/ and see if it resolves the issue.

Tperfitt, I ended up installing Bootrunner v3.2 and it is working fine now.
