BSOD after cloning Windows 10

2010 Mac Pro 5,1

After cloning Windows 10 from internal HD to new internal SSD (ran sysprep, SIP disabled) I am getting a BSOD when trying to boot the freshly cloned partition.

File:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.exe
Error code: 0xc000000e

I’ve followed the Winclone instructions, attempted multiple times and the error still remains. At this point, it would have been faster to just do a fresh installation.

Am I missing something simple?

did you remove the old drive? Having multiple Windows partitions on a Mac Pro can cause boot issues with Windows.
