Can't mount windows volume as read/write

Bootcamp Windows volume runs 100%… CHKDSK shows no issue… did a unmount/mount using disk utility works, but still can not get the tool to do read/write to work. The tool never has worked?

Ideas??

This is due to the existance of the hiberfil.sys that prevents the apple driver from mounting it read/write.

After is did some CMD to stop Hibernation… it IS working as you stated.
