Clone the WIndows Partition in Bootcamp, and install it on a new PC?

I have a bootcamp setup on my MacbookPro.

Can I take the Windows Bootcamp partition, clone it, and take that cloned windows partition to a Windows PC and make it bootable?

I am switching from a MacbookPro to a Windows PC and would like to avoid installing all of the Windows apps and data.

It probably is possible, but we haven’t tried it and it isn’t supported.
