“Cloning Error: Error executing wimcapture”
My WInclone Version is 6.1.5.

This is most likely related disk errors. Try running CHKDSK /b in Windows. If that doesn’t work, switch to block based mode in the preferences and try again.

Does this mode have any side effect next time when I want to restore from this image?
Only if you want to migrate to a Mac that has a different block size.
