Cloning external Windows Drive to External Windows Drive

Hi, I have Winclone 7.3.2 and can’t find anything on this online or in help/FAQ but I can’t see why this wouldn’t work. I’ve happily used Winclone to clone Bootcamp partitions to a new windows formatted drive.

Slight twist. I want to clone a windows external USB bootable drive to a new external SSD drive and it be bootable via Winclone on the Mac. I’d assume as long as the new SSD is in the correct format, Winclone would do this.

Can I clone without having to prep the disk? The HD in question came from a Dell and I want to place it back in a Dell. Looking to clone the drive via my Mac since it is what I use and the Dell is out for repair.
