Configuring Munki with specific manifest via MDS?

Is there a way I can use MDS natively, not any special packages or scripts, to push a specific manifest into my Munki config?

I have a desktop manifest and a laptop manifest and want to, based on the MDS workflow selected, push the appropriate manifest into the Munki config via the ClientIdentifier key.

Can you please add this as an option in the Munki config section of the workflow setup?
