ERROR: A fatal Error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine

I am preparing my bootcamp portion for imaging. I am following the instruction here: https://support.twocanoes.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000326406-Tips-for-Preparing-a-Boot-Camp-Migration

When I try Sysprep, I get the error:

System Prepration Tool 3.14
A fatal Error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine.

What should I do please? U searched everywhere, but I cannot find answer!

Sysprep can fail if it has been used too may times, and you may have to “rearm”. Have you syspreped the machine before?

No, I have never done it. I just learned it actually from the instruction on the website. I have the bootcamp image created by WinClone. Should I image my old/source/original macBook with it and try sys prep again. Like I said, my new MacBook after restoring the does not boot. When it boots, it say “not bootcamp drive found, insert a bootable …”
