I created an image from a BootCamp (iMac Catalina) and restored it to a new iMac (Bigsur) using Winclone v9. After restarting with Windows 10 the error message appears: error code 0x000001
Starting with the Safe Mode did not help.

I’m experiencing the same issue on a Mac Pro 7,1 (Catalina). Mine was from a working Bootcamp install on the internal T.2 drive to a restore onto an internal (But shows up external) M.2 drive. Now I get a black screen after the windows logo, and ever few attempts it gives me the blue screen with the error you’re getting.
It sounds like driver issues. Can you try booting into safe mode and see if that continues booting?
