External USB drive that supports 4k block size

Hi All -

Does anyone know of any external 1TB usb drives that support 4k Allocation Block Size?

I’m in a bind, where i backed up my Bootcamp partition, but forgot to shrink it prior to creating an image. Unfortunately my HD is too small to re-create the image and the image was created on a new UBC-C macbook.

I have a 4k external drive at the office and I’ll check the brand tomorrow. Did you try restoring to a disk image? That may assist in getting the data, though it is unclear to me how disk images expose block size.
