[Feature Request] Download progress bar when downloading macOS

Hi There,

It would be nice to have a download progress bar when using MDS to download a macOS installer file. Presently the only feedback you get in the UI is: “Busy, please wait …” A progress bar with a percentage completed would be nice. Displaying the current download speed would be nice too.
