I currently have a MBPro 15" (2018) running Mojave 10.14.2 on the internal SSD and running Windows 10 Pro v.1803 via BootCamp on an external SSD (SSD1). Currently, to backup my BootCamp partition on the external SSD (SSD1), I plug in an additional SSD (SSD2) and create an image from the BootCamp SSD (SSD1) and it saves onto the other external SSD (SSD2). I want to be able to clone the entire SSD (SSD1) which has the BootCamp partition on it to the second external SSD (SSD2), instead of creating an image of the BootCamp partition. The reason I want to do this is so that I can just have a second external SSD (SSD2) that is an exact replica of the one with the BootCamp partition on it, so that I can just plug it in and have it boot up just like SSD1.
I cannot seem to find a way to do this.
If this is possible, it would be great to have a step-by-step of how.

I believe that was the intent of the “Volume to Volume” clone. Would that not work to do what you are looking to do?
