Image creation failed time verify check

This is the message I received when attempting to save an image of my C drive (bootcamp drive) using Winclone 5.7.6 It goes on to say try running chkdsk /b in Windows and try again. Then it says Error -20.

I have done as instructed and get the same message. I do not know what to do at this point. Help!

Can you try upgrading to Winclone 6 and see if that resolves the issue? If it doesn’t, I’ll refund your purchase price.
