Includes OS Version, MBP 2017 15"

I’m pretty sure the answer to this is yes, but I just wanted to check: WinClone’s backups include the OS itself, right? As in, if I make an image with Windows 10 v1607, and then update my Bootcamp to v1709, restoring from the image will return my partition to v1607?

Also, the 2017 MacBook Pros (and Windows 10) are supported, correct?

That is correct. If you create a Winclone image, it creates an image of the entire volume including the Windows OS.
