Has anyone had any luck installing Ladibug software from Lumens. I’ve been able to get the software to install but it doesn’t work correctly after installation. It launches and seems fine but it can’t connect to the document camera that the software controls.
I just end up with a black screen in the software. I’m guessing the driver or some setting is not installing correctly. I can use the same installer and manually install on a MacBook Air without any issues. There’s some difference happening with MDS and the Ladibug software installer.
