Lockup when making image w 8.01

please help. I don’t know who to send this message to.

my problem is when I try to use my licensed winclone 8 to make an image from a bootcamp, it locks up. nothing happens and finder gets ‘confused’

version 8.01 worked once when I first got it, same computer , OS (majove)
I have tried everything , complete reinstall, version 8.01, 8.1 etc

What locks up? The mac or Winclone? I have not hear of any locking up issues with Winclone 8.

The Mac and WINCLONE both locked up. There was a spinning wheel for hours. I was able to force quit WINCLONE. I fixed it by going to time machine backup and everything worked. Thanks.
