Make a Bootable External Drive with Windows

I’m coming from using carbon copy cloner, which had a dirt simple cloning proceduce. Unfortunately, I’m kinda lost here. This is what I’d like to do:

  1. Clone my dual partitioned mac + windows setup onto an external bootable SSD drive, that has a size much bigger than the source setup.
  2. Expand the space of the windows partition so that it takes up the whole SSD except for the mac partition.

Can it be done with your software?
