MDM server external URL

Hello,

Is it possible to alter the MDM server URL to an external public FQDN?
Seems like I can’t edit the field.

Look under security. That is where you edit the hostname:

Is there a way to change it, where it doesn’t break MDM? I did try it previously, but MDM was already running on the previous URL and certificate. I can no longer connect to MDM via the GUI. Or is there a way to start the MDM config from scratch?

it should break it unless you cannot get to the MDM service via the URL. I haven’t done testing on network forwarding and MDS.
