No progress due to message "Resource busy"

After upgrading to Winclone 9 and BigSur I am not able to save the Bootcamp partition. It says that the resource is busy. Before it worked always without any problems. What can I do?

This is related to backup software, anti virus, or other processes scanning the drive after it is restored.
