Possible to use MDS for installing packages without starting in Recovery mode etc

Hi!
Is it possible to use MDS for only installing (multiple) packages and without having to restart in Recovery Mode and use terminal (or an Automaton)??

I have had this request before and it should work, but we have not tested this scenario. It should work fine, though.

I assumed you meant that you can run it when booted to macOS. Were you referring to something else?
