Problem with booting windows from external ssd

Hi I am having a 2017 MacBook Pro 15 inch. Have followed all the infos on https://twocanoes.com/knowledge-base/migrate-windows-10-to-an-external-drive/

to a thunderbolt drive

but when I am trying to boot into windows I am getting the following error

I 've tried already disabling SIP but got the same message popped up. I am using the latest version of Winclone and I am on Mojave.

The error message looks like it is being set for legacy booting. try switching to EFI booting and see if that changes the behavior.
