Profiles Not Saving to Deploy Stick

I have created a workflow that is to install some profiles. When I save the Workflow, the profiles never show up on the deploy stick

I am not sure the wiki can help me. I put the profiles into a folder on the desktop. Set the profile folder in MDS and when I build the Deploy Stick, the profiles are not added so they do not even get added to my Deploy Sticks.

Not sure what to do about that as the wiki does not say what to do about errors when building Deploy Sticks

I was referring to the logging section of the wiki. Any errors installing things with MDS are logged in the install.log. That should let you know what is wrong.
