Replacing SSD for Bootcamp'ed Windows

I have had Windows 10 installed under Bootcamp on a Macbook Pro that is now running out of storage space. I’d like to image the machine, replace the original SSD with a new, larger SSD with larger partitions and reinstall from the image. Will a Winclone image restore to larger partitions? Secondly, will Microsoft and other vendor licenses continue to be recognized without the need to reinstall?

Yes, definitely.

depends on your version and edition of Windows. If there is an issue, it usually means you have to reactivate Windows.

My current Winclone version is 7.1.4 (25961) on mid-2012 MacBook retina 10,1 running High Sierra 10.13.6.
Will I be able to restore bootable Bootcamp partition on a new SSD drive on the same machine?

That is a migration and Winclone should handle that either with Volume to Volume or by saving an image then restoring it to the new SSD.
