Restore not allowing to boot with option

Hi. So i have imaged a windows 7 fine. Trying to restore the image to a new partition on a new drive. Using WinClone 8 to restore shows it completes and all the info is on the drive. But, when i try and boot holding option down, all i see is are the mac drive and EFI drive. How can i resolve this to boot into the partion?
Running Mojave on a 2013 MacBook Pro

If you select the “EFI” drive, what happens?

Hello. It just sits on black screen for a bit then keeps rebooting.

Can you try disabling SIP prior to restoring and see if that makes any difference?
