I created an image with Winclone6 on a MacBook Air. Per instructions, I disabled SIP. I restored the image. Now the Windows partition will not boot, just a blank screen.
Can you give a bit more info? What type of Mac? What version of Windows?

Did you restore the image to the same machine? Try switching between Legacy and EFI:
