Token Status: Error connecting to card

I keep getting an error message when I try to access DoD webmail at https://certauth.federation.us.af.mil/adfs/certauth/?client-request-id:

“Token Status: Error connecting to card. Verify the card is plugged into the reader and try again”

My DoD CAC is plugged in and the website appears to be reading the certificates on the card. Also when I try to set up microsoft authenticator I get an error message that says “Network not available. Please check your network settings and try again.”

Also, please turn on logging by tapping settings in the lower right and then tap test and try and authenticate. Then send the log to support@twocanoes.com and i’ll take a look at it and get back to you.
