Unable to clone after Win 10 1709 upgrade

Hi there,

I normally do a full clone before and after a major Windows update. I just updated to Win 10 1709. Creating an image before the update was fine. Right after the update, I was unable to create an image. I kept getting this error that says “Cloning Error: Error executing ntfsclone”:

I have done at least 3 chkdsk and retried but no avail. The same error persists even after upgrading to Winclone version 6.2.1.

(Btw, I can’t seem to figure out how to upload an error log.)

Please send the log to me from the help menu and I’ll talk a look at it.
