Unable to create workflow with user account MDS4

I have just downloaded MDS4 to test out and tried to create a workflow with a local admin account, however I keep getting a pop up " Error creating user package in workflow “Switch_Image”. Verify that all values for the user are valid. "
If I remove the user and uncheck the skip setup assistant and user privacy the image is created successfully.

can you share a screenshot? Also, press command-L to see the log.

In typical fashion I went back to capture a screenshot and it is working now.
