Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Boot Runner license on 9/21/2017. My computer has two disks running different macOS versions. In addition, it has a Linux-dedicated disk, another disk with two partitions for two other Linux distros, and a removable disk that I use for storage. The problem I am experiencing is that Boot Runner is only recognizing the two macOS disks. By “recognizing” I mean that it can launch those two OSs. That is not happening with any of the Linux distros, though. I can see the Penguin icon and click on it, but I get a blank screen after the computer re-starts. The screenshot below shows how I configured Boot Runner with one of the volumes. I first tried with all the volumes separated by commas, but that did not work.
The lines below illustrate the configuration of my disks and volumes.
/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

If you could shed light on this matter, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
