I have installed and activated this product, however it does not function at all. All options are greyed out and unelectable. What needs to be done here to make this work?

Yes. Everything was correct, however I’ve discovered that your backup tool will not run when Parallels is actively using the bootcamp partition since it locks the partition. Shutting down Parallels allowed me to see the BOOTCAMP partition and create an image. It is in process of backing up now.
