if somebody read this email : we are not a new user, we are using Winclone since snow leopard I guess
now we need to buy a new version because Winclone 3 does not work anymore, despite we are using it with mac OS X.10
But I don’t understand why you are charging us with french VAT. We are a french company, with a VAT number. As you are a foreign country, VAT (especially french VAT) is not applicable. Can you tell us momre ?
We sell through a UK reseller, which should explain the reason for VAT.
