Hey there everyone, I stumbled across this website’s solution to the current Boot Camp WIM file-too-large issue, and they have this handy tool that is supposed to split it for you. When I try to split my ISO file however, I get the following error:
is it possible that you ran out of disk space? Also open Console in Utilities and leave it running while you run ISO converted, and it should tell you the issue.
You’ll need 10GB-15GB free for it to work.

So it turns out that it was actually a problem with the ISO file. It wasn’t the “pure” version from Microsoft directly, it was downloaded by their “image creator” program.
Problem solved!
