I am currently experiencing so issues installling Bootcamp under APFS aside from th FAT32 constraint. An option I am considering is Wincloning the Bootcamp environment in Sierra for transfer to APFS witha larger partition. I understand for HFS+ to HFS+ this is standard stuff but are there any complications migrating to APFS that I should be aware of?
Winclone 6 and Winclone 7 should work fine with APFS.
