Winclone 6.1.5 backup updates

Should the Main .Winclone file be in the same directory as the updates?

On my Desktop I have a folder called ‘Backup of Bootcamp’, inside that folder is .winclone.

But when the initial backup is added to, a sub directory is formed, called ‘bootcamp’ and each file within that has a date and time?

On restore will this be OK?

Winclone backup and Winclone imaging are separate and the files/folders can be kept separate. Winclone backup does an incremental backup of the files and folders in the Users folder on the Boot Camp partition, while Winclone does a image of the full partition. Makes sense?
