I purchased Winclone 5 then got an email on 3/15/17 saying since I’d purchased Winclone 5 individual upgrade in last 90 days, we are giving you a free license key to upgrade to Winclone 6. I tried the license key today for, I believe, the first time and I got an error message saying “invalid license key.” Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

Here are a few reasons you may be getting an “invalid license key” error.
- Each license key can be activated based on the version purchased. Below is the activation terms in our SLA.
Basic License. This License allows you to install and use one copy of Winclone on one Apple-Branded computer owned and used by you.
Winclone Standard. This License allows you to install and use one copy of Winclone on up to two Apple-Branded computers so long as both computers are owned and used
Pro Licenses. This License allows you to install Winclone Pro or Winclone Pro packages on up to 50 Apple-Branded client computers
If the Winclone license key is still activate on your old computer you can deactivate the key by selecting “deactivate license” in preferences. Then activate the same key on your new computer.
If no longer have access to your old computer or did a fresh install with out deactivating then contact us and select deactivate my license key. Be sure to provide one of the following - purchasing email, invoice number or license key and the old activations will be deleted. https://twocanoes.com/contact/
