It is unusual to have WIndows Recovery and I have never seen it listed twice. It sounds like you use the Windows installer versus Disk Utility to format the partition when installing Windows.

Ok I have received one reply “it is unusual to have WIndows Recovery and I have never seen it listed twice. It sounds like you use the Windows installer versus Disk Utility to format the partition when installing Windows.”

Thanks for your input, does this mean I have to reformat the partition with Disk Utility and start over and reload windows from scratch? I purchased Winclone to backup the partition so I wouldn’t have to start from scratch in the event of a disaster after loading Big Sur. Is that my only option?

Yes. You can request a refund if you want as well.
