Winclone basic hangs in saving image

Hi, I just bought Winclone basic for imaging my bootcamp partition.
Unfortunately the program does not work. It hangs in the screen: Starting Up when creating a bootcamp Image.

I use MacOS 10.13.2 High Sierra with a bootcamp partition W10.

Does anybody have an idea?

It looks like WInclone is prompting for credentials but fails at that step. Can you try re-installing Winclone and rebooting?

Hi Tim,

Tried that many times. Same error: connection invalidated.
After I gave the image his name than I receive a pop-up that is telling me some additional helper software is needed and I need to enter my credentials (credentials are accepted, see Succeeded authorizing right . Than nothing happens.

Do you have another suggestion? I really would like to use this program.

Is it possible you have some other authentication plug-ins installed? It looks like something is preventing Winclone from authenticating the helper tool.

It’s a clean install of Mac OSX High Sierra so there is not other software installed by me.
I have received a refund but if you know a solution I am willing to buy the product again. I really need a image of the bootcamp drive.

Can you look in system profiler and give me your model identifier of your Mac?

Sorry for the late reply. I will create a system report this week.
I have a 2012 late mac mini. Maybe this issue occurs because bootcamp is not official supported for this model?
