Winclone finished clone. EFI boot separate partition from bootcamp

EFI partition and Bootcamp. Unable to boot.

So when I go to startup I get drive is not blessed error cannot restart or use this disk.

Tried using tool make EFI bootable. Ran it’s process said it was. Go to startup and no drive shows up as bootable at all now. Only the internal Bootcamp which I am trying to move to an external drive with no luck. SIP is off.
Check disk was run. Sysprep was run and shutdown.
