Winclone Hanging at beginning of "Preparing to Save Image"

Just got Winclone to backup using High Sierra and it’s hanging at the very beginning of the Preparing to Save Image step.

Installed Winclone Basic
Using High Sierra on a Macbook Pro
Bootcamp running Windows 10 and it works on Parallels 13.

Suggestions?

Can you make sure that parallels is completely shut down? That could prevent the clone from starting.
