My bootcamp partition 200g, used space 80g, winclone image 25g, is the winclone to failed backup?

The fan speed is normal since there is a lot of compression when saving. Also, the image size is compressed and doesn’t include the swap file. I usually take 80% of the total space used minus the amount of memory in the system. So if you have 32GB of memory, it would be (80-16)*.8=34 or so.
