So I was trying to restore a windows 10 backup since stuff was going wrong and when I tried to restore it asked me for helper tool install. I entered my password but I ended up getting an error. Here is an screenshot. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Steven Tim has not replied i am sad to say ,or anyone else for that matter. 
Please open the console and filter on “Winclone” and try replicating the error. I suspect something else in the system is blocking the helper tool installation.
