Windows loads fine – starts and runs as “activated” – and then, eventually, I’m asked to “Activate Windows.” The OS recommends troubleshooting, which does correct the issue, but only for the current session. I have a valid license and I never had this issue prior to my image restore. I know this ought, perhaps, to be directed to a Microsoft help forum, but has anyone else encountered such after an image restore?
